As a follow up to her successful Argan Matchmaker Serum Foundation, Josie has created Matchmaker Powder Foundation. Using the same innovative, color-matching Chameleon Pigment technology featured in the serum foundation, Matchmaker Powder Foundation makes struggling to find the best shade to complement your skin tone a thing of the past. Formulated with Chameleon Pigments, the silky, medium-full coverage powder instantly adjusts to perfectly match your unique skin tone in a smooth, matte velvety finish.
Matchmaker Powder Foundation’s natural sunscreens defend sin against UVA and UVB damage, while its nourishing talc-free formula contains rice powder to absorb oil, leaving you with a sheer, shine-free and radiant complexion. “I wanted to create the first ever powder foundation that uses the same custom-match, moisturizing coverage technology of my Matchmaker Serum Foundation. Whether used as a medium coverage foundation or as a setting powder, the Matchmaker Powder Foundation is perfectly portable so you can take it everywhere,” says Josie. “And because it adjusts to your unique and changing skin shade, it can be used year-round as a one-step, go-to product.”
Like all Josie Maran formulas, Matchmaker Powder Foundation is free of parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes and phthalates. To apply, begin with the “smooth” side of the sponge applicator, and firmly sweep it across the powder palette to pick up a generous amount of product. Press and roll the sponge onto the face until skin is lightly covered. Finally, use the “velvet” side to lightly buff until finish is even and smooth. Repeat for increased coverage. Matchmaker Powder Foundation can also be used for touch-ups – use the “velvet” side only to buff the powder on top of freshly-applied liquid foundation or use throughout the day to reset any previously-applied makeup.
