As soon as you walk into 10 Years Sunway Pyramid, you feel the nostalgic ambiance in the décor, all those old fashioned candy/snack/cookie containers on the shelves. The chairs are a bright, cheery orange, blue and yellow, it’s like those nursery school chair colours. As can be expected of this kind of restaurant, it’s local cuisine with a choice of noodles and rice. There are lunch sets for 1 or 2 pax.
I had the nasi lemak with chicken in spices (can taste the turmeric seasoning) which was very satisfying as far as quantity was concerned. I felt quite full after the meal. The rice could have been a bit more fragrant but otherwise had a good fluffy texture and the chicken leg was tender and aromatic.
