Less than 2 weeks to go before “Rogue One : A Star Wars Story” takes the cinemas by storm and this is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. A number of activities and displays from the Star Wars universe will be on display at LG2 Blue Concourse Sunway Pyramid from now until 2 January 2017. Also not to be missed are the Star Wars inspired Christmas trees which will be placed at the concourse.
“Rogue One : A Star Wars Story” is the story of a group of unlikely heroes who band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.
Fans of the series will be excited to see the authentic Death Trooper armour that will be on display at the heart of the concourse. Gaming fans will be treated to “Star Wars : Commander” and “Star Wars : Galaxy of Heroes”, both games will be playable to the public at no cost. Try your hand and test your skills at the Rogue One Nerf Blaster Battleground and take down imperial troopers.
An exhilirating 360° experience awaits shoppers as they get the chance to ‘step into an X-Wing’ and go on a ride on the ‘Rogue One Recon Mission’ simulator. Experience going into hyperspeed, only to land upon imperial forces and come face to face with the Death Star.
Shoppers can take selfies with the LEGO Star Wars figurines and intricate diorama displays which will be on display at the Ground Floor area.
