Signs of stress and exhaustion show most prominently around our eyes. Dark circles and puffiness are dead giveaways of how little sleep we are getting. A few months ago, I received this Dr. Brandt Dark Circles Away Collagen Eye Serum and another Dr. Brandt skincare as prizes for my “Letter of the Week” in Clove, The Star.
Dr. Brandt Dark Circles Away Collagen Eye Serum is a collagen infusion that stimulates microcirculation to decrease the appearance of dark circles, tired, puffy, hollow eyes, lines and wrinkles and under-eye bags. Dr. Brandt recommends this manner of application : after cleansing, dispense a small amount of product, gliding the cold ball over bone area of the eyes. Lightly pat any excess with fingertip until completely absorbed.
The metal applicator feels quite cool on my skin, it gives a calming and soothing sensation. I have to not apply too much otherwise bits of it come off my skin in small lumps when I touch the area which has been applied. It helps if the serum has been completely absorbed into my skin.
It’s been effective in decreasing the appearance of dark eye circles and puffiness. It has done anything for fine lines and wrinkles though but that’s understandable since the primary function is to target dark eye circles and puffiness and it has lived up to its promise in that regard. This tube has lasted many weeks, I am wondering when I can finish this so I can go on to another eye care product.
