MIVVA February Box

I was supposed to feature another beauty box this afternoon but because I missed their courier and couldn’t reach them all afternoon, I didn’t manage to receive the box. I think that it’s important to get the right courier company and not those who are uncontactable because it’s frustrating and wastes time and energy.

Now I am impressed with MIVVA’s service even before I received their February box this evening because it was delivered to me by the lovely people at MIVVA so that I can put this up as soon as possible. With so many beauty box choices of late, I’m sure we’d all like to be truly surprised by the contents of any box which for me means not receiving the same old brands.

The cover of the box is a pale pink with the MIVVA logo in the middle. The bottom half of the box is a melon red. Open the box and you see black paper with a MIVVA logo sticker to seal it. There are quite a lot of brochures and product information leaflets inside. There’s also a RM30 Murad voucher which can be redeemed against all the purchase of Murad products on murad.com.my.

But what you really want is a peek at the box’s contents, right? The first thing I noticed was the packet of marshmallows, I love my marshmallows. These heart shaped white and pink ones are perfect for V-Day.

The products I would like to try out first are the Murad Exfoliating Mask (never tried anything from Murad) and the Paul Penders Lipstick as it’s one of the 10 best, unique and interesting products listed on the Paul Penders website. Their natural makeup range contains only certified organic pigments.

There are also 2 very colourful and attractive ang pow packets in the box and they contain instructions towards gaining 200 MIVVA points. Just take a photo with your BFF holding the MIVVA ang pows, post the photo on your facebook, tag @MIVVA.com, email MIVVA at contact@mivva.com and they will credit 200 points into your account. You need 1000 MIVVA points to redeem one MIVVA box. As Chinese New Year is just round the corner, you might want to slip into your best cheongsam and strike your best pose with your BFF.

Do I think that this box is worth RM38? Actually, I do because the Paul Penders Lipstick is already worth RM79 and the Beautymate Nano Toner is RM49,90. Can’t wait to try out the Paul Penders Lipstick. Any favourites from this box, anybody?
