Jeollanam-do officials stated, “Until last year, it operated a total of 22 permanent stores in 9 countries, achieving agricultural and fisheries food exports of $10.26 million as of 2023. This year, 10 additional stores are scheduled to open by the end of the year through the selection of a new operator,” and Jeonnam’s permanent store business is very popular not only with our overseas compatriots but also in the local Korean market due to its variety of foods and high-quality products,” he said. “We will further expand support so that the permanent store can publicize the excellence of Namdo food and become globally competitive as an export base.”
