SKIN ADVANCED Platinum Soothing & Hydrating Jelly Toner has a uniquely smooth and delicate water-to-gel texture to release delicate water droplets that penetrate beyond the skin’s surface to directly replenish skin’s water reserve. The texture is not that fluid when poured on to the palm but once applied, it becomes watery.
It’s more effective to apply it on to face using palms than on to a cotton pad. Skin is supple and hydrated after it has been patted on. It’s a good prep for subsequent skincare. In the bottle, it looks like a gel moisturiser. Because of the thicker than average toner texture, you get more mileage out of this toner than the more fluid toners.
