After using Secret Nature From Jeju Toner, I have the feeling that the Koreans are rather fond of gel textured toners. These are toners which are not as fluid as toners we are used to. Secret Nature From Jeju Toner can be poured on to the palm for patting on skin or applying with a cotton pad, according to preference.
Personally, I find it’s quite nice to use my palms as I can smell the very lovely scent (I don’t know if this is true but it smells of lavender to me) much more if I use my hands. An excellent toner as it has high hydrating and skin softening properties. Contains green tea leaf extract which as we know, has an antioxidant effect.
