Renaissance Hotel Weddings

Last Friday afternoon was more interesting than my average Friday as I joined a group of wedding planners and vendors on a tour of Renaissance Hotel. We were shown all the venues for wedding parties/dinners and bridal suites on their LifeStyle Floor.

The Grand Ballroom is one of the largest in any hotel here, it is 1430 sq. m. with a 9m high ceiling. It can be divided into 2 sections. This is for dinner parties that require a minimum of 50 tables (actually each table can seat 12 pax) and can accommodate up to 80 tables. The ballroom foyer is very spacious and can be used for pre-wedding functions.

For smaller parties, there’s always Dynasty Restaurant and they offer exquisite 9-course set dinners at RM1488++, RM1688++ and RM2188++ per table of 10 persons. For a minimum of 10 tables, this includes a 1 night stay in a Renaissance Junior Suite, among other things.

For a more intimate setting, there’s R-Studio with a minimum of 16 tables. Three 9-course dinner set menus are available at RM1738++, RN1888++ and RM2388++ per table of 10 persons. This includes a 1 night stay in the Renaissance Suite.
