Leading VR company PICO has now cemented another milestone by opening its first ever PICO store in Malaysia through its authorised distributor, Rainbow Distribution. The flagship store, strategically located in Sunway Pyramid, is the brand’s first VR concept store in the region and aims to be the one-stop sales and service for all things VR by PICO.
Occupying 1,530 sqft in one of the heaviest traffic shopping malls in the Klang Valley, the PICO store consists of four experiential zones covering gaming, fitness, entertainment and social – where customers can get up-close with the many PICO VR headsets placed throughout the store. Upon entering the store, expect to be greeted by a crew of trained product experts that can not only guide the uninitiated user embark on their journey to extended reality, but also answer technical questions from VR enthusiasts.
A section of the store is also dedicated to aftersale where PICO is determined to ensure the VR ownership journey is a fulfilling one for users. PICO’s current warranty programme includes a one-for-one exchange where customers can swap their unit for a new one at the store.
