Although I have always had dry lips which make wearing matte lipsticks a no-no for me, I haven’t had such a serious case of chapped lips until this week when I had so much irritation around the lips, the lip area was itchy and very extremely tight and dry. I was on the hunt for a good and effective lip balm that would relieve the problem. My friend recommended Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Lip Moisturizer SPF15 which has worked for her and I managed to find it at a Watsons outlet @ RM15.70 (more pricey than most other lip balms there and no discount!).
It’s quite soothing and hydrating. My lips don’t feel as dry once I have applied this. I would say it has longer hydrating properties than Mentholatum lip balms which I have used from time to time.
