MICHELIN, the brand synonymous with safe, quality tyres, has launched its inaugural MICHELIN Safe On The Road (MSOR) Truck Roadshow 2018 which will run throughout the month of June.
In conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya holidays, with many planning a long drive back to their families or for a getaway, MICHELIN would like to ensure your tyres are in the best condition on the road. A MICHELIN branded truck will be making rounds throughout Klang Valley providing FREE tyre checks, including air pressure and overall tyre condition, from 11am to 8pm daily. Drivers who send their cars for the free tyre checks will also receive exclusive Michelin merchandises as well as cash vouchers and petrol cards from participating Michelin dealers.
As part of MICHELIN’s ongoing CARING campaign which promotes road safety, the MSOR Truck Roadshow aims to raise awareness on the importance of tyre maintenance and periodic checks. MICHELIN consultants on site will evaluate the condition of the tyres and advise drivers on the necessary steps to be taken to prolong the life span of the tyres. The consultants will also advise if the tyres are road worthy or whether it is time for a tyre change. This is especially crucial when travelling long distance which is the norm during festive seasons.
