Thanks to MAC Cosmetics, I stepped backstage at IIFA Fashion Extravaganza and had a peek at the preparations for the male and female models. MAC Cosmetics Makeup For IIFA events involved 24 MAC Artists from India, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Malaysia.
Everything is very orderly and organized as models troop in and out of the makeup room and go on to have their hair done in the next room. The MAC Artists prepared 3 looks for the 3 designers, namely Gaurang Shah, Masaba Gupta and Rocky S.
All the male models were like hunks straight out of a Bollywood movie and the female models would not have looked out of place on any of the international runways. They all had the most amazing and enviable bone structures, height and presence.
