By chance I noticed MAC Catharina Ultimate Lipstick last night while looking for something new to try on my lips. Not that this is a new shade but I hadn’t noticed it before and of course it was calling out to me because it is a fuchsia. MAC Ultimate Lipsticks are not in the usual packaging, the packaging is sleeker and smoother, more stylish.
On first application, I could tell it is hydrating. Not super hydrating but it does glide on smoothly and has excellent colour pay-off as it is nicely pigmented. The colour is highly buildable but already opaque on initial application. Stays on for hours and does not need to be re-applied when I consume liquids. Love the bright shade and the fact that it makes my lips pop, definitely on my “Coveted Makeup” list.
