Subscribers benefit from the brand’s revolutionary FoamJet cleaning method, delivering a deeper and more hygienic clean compared to conventional servicing, and reduces the need for frequent chemical overhauls, ensuring long-term performance and reliability.

Every plan also includes free gas top-ups and periodic chemical washes, providing the comprehensive care needed to keep units running efficiently and lasting longer. With transparent pricing, flexible plans from one to seven years, and no hidden fees, PRISM+ Care makes professional air conditioner maintenance both affordable and worry-free.

Flexible Subscription Plans for Every Household
Considering Malaysia’s climate and the high usage of air conditioners, PRISM+ Care Servicing Plan has been designed to be both affordable and accessible. The plan allows homeowners to keep their air conditioners running at peak performance without incurring heavy maintenance expenses. Customers can also choose from three flexible subscription options to suit their needs.

Three flexible subscription options:
● Quarterly Payment: RM79 per unit, every quarter
● Yearly Payment: RM375 per year (effective RM75 per unit)
● Multi-Year Upfront Payment: From RM552 (effective RM69 per unit). Choose between 2 to 7 years upfront for maximum savings

Customers who purchase PRISM+ air conditioner can subscribe to PRISM+ Care at the point of purchase. This subscription ensures regular servicing to maximise performance and efficiency, while also helping customers save on long-term maintenance costs. More importantly, subscribed customers will also be given access to warranty support for up to seven years – delivering lasting reliability and peace of mind.

The Services They Offer
PRISM+ Care offers a comprehensive aircon maintenance plan designed to keep air conditioner units in top condition while reducing energy consumption and preventing costly repairs. The plan combines FoamJet servicing, which is performed every three months (quarterly) for regular upkeep, and chemical servicing, conducted every two years for deep cleaning. The FoamJet service involves high-pressure waterjet cleaning using foam and canvas to thoroughly clean filters, coils, and fins, improving airflow, maintaining hygiene, and boosting efficiency. This quick process, which takes about 30–45 minutes, is ideal for regular maintenance and helps maintain warranty coverage when done consistently.

The chemical service done every two years, on the other hand, focuses on deep cleaning the internal components of the air conditioner, including coils, the fan blower, and the drainage system, removing stubborn buildup and restoring cooling performance. This more intensive process, which lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours, is only performed when necessary and ensures long-term system health, preventing the need for frequent chemical overhauls. To ensure the highest standards, all PRISM+ service technicians are trained in-house and use professional-grade, branded tools, so every service is done with care and consistency.
