Has it only been a decade of L’occitane fabulousness? It sure feels longer than that but no, L’occitane has only been in Malaysia since 2004 – the very 1st L’occitane Boutique opened in Suria KLCC. In 2007, L’occitane ventured out of the Klang Valley to Queensbay Mall, Penang and this was followed by the 1st L’occitane Boutique in East Malaysia at The Spring, Kuching.
Founded in 1976, L’occitane is now available in over 80 countries with 1,899 stores worldwide. There are no 18 boutiques in Malaysia and from 10 staff, the brand now has over 150 dedicated employees.
Present at this afternoon’s 10th Anniversary celebration were Mr. Tan Seong Teck, Director of L’occitane Malaysia & Ms. Nancy Ferriman, South East Asia General Manager of L’occitane.
