Yesterday afternoon, I attended The Secrets To Beautiful Hair Workshop By C.Michael London & Avenue K. This is the first beauty workshop organised by Avenue K and it was at their Beauty Hub on the 1st floor. Michael, CEO and founder of C.Michael London demo-ed a hair cut and answered all our questions on hair care. This is not a media event, it was open to all AK Neighbours Card members. I attended because I have serious hair issues and I knew Michael has decades of experience in the industry, he has opened several salons in London and is the fount of knowledge on all hair matters.
Not only is Michael a stylist extraordinaire, he has also developed hair products for big hair companies over the years and has his own house brand of products, the most outstanding of which is his Stem Cell range. The Stem Cell range has as its key ingredient Apple Stem Cells and it is said that C.Michael is the first company to introduce hair care with apple stem cells in Malaysia. The products contain natural ingredients that are free of harmful chemicals.

I met Michael two years ago at the opening of a café but didn’t have the opportunity to speak to him other than a brief greeting. Now that I’ve met him for the second time, I can feel that he is a warm person who genuinely cares about each person’s hair concerns and takes the time to answer questions comprehensively.
