I’m trying my best to review products which should have been reviewed a long time ago and this is one of those because I’ve been using it for some time, long enough to be sure of whether I like it or not anyway. This BB Cream is available in 3 shades – fair, light and natural. My shade is fair, I tried light and found that it’s too dark for me. If in doubt, ask for a sample sachet from any Kiehl’s outlet.
It is thicker than the average Korean made BB Cream and in fact, it’s thicker than some of my liquid foundations. Use patting motions to apply for an even application. This feels hydrating and gives medium coverage, it’s gives my skin luminosity and stays put all day. Coverage is buildable but I find that one layer is enough for me. There isn’t a “cakey” look – I like the fact that it looks very natural.
My skin looks a bit less yellow after it has been applied, skin tone is more even & brighter and it covers some of the more apparent dark spots. Actually, this has become one of my favourite BB Creams since I dislike working with BB Creams that are too runny and fluid.
Kiehl’s Actively Correcting & Beautifying BB Cream SPF50/PA +++ is RM130/30ml.
i think this will be too sheer for me as i like full coverage……..
