Last weekend was tge 2nd time I had a dinner buffet at Melting Pot, Concorde Shah Alam. The 1st time was during Ramadan this year and that was a memorable and good experience. Their buffet dinner has a lot of choices and generally is quite excellent, even better than some 5-star hotels in KL. In terms of service, they do stand out as plates are cleared promptly and water glasses are refilled without us having to signal to the waiter. That means they are observant and efficient.
The Lamb Soup was outstanding; I had a few bowls of that. Other than lamb, it contains chunks of carrots and potatoes. The Nasi Minyak is very tasty too. This buffet dinner is really worth travelling all the way there for.
