MIVVA March Box : Know Your Skin

This 2nd MIVVA box I just received was totally unexpected but a pleasant surprise nevertheless. I like the explosion of colour I see when I open a MIVVA box. Just look at the inserts in the box, my day is more colourful when I’ve received a MIVVA box!

It’s mostly about skincare this month in the MIVVA box and that’s fine with me because I love skincare. What I like about the MIVVA box is that the box always appears full. There are no empty spaces which I find in some other beauty boxes. Shredded paper in beauty boxes is so unnecessary as space fillers and that makes me want to take them all out to see if there’s anything hidden underneath but not with MIVVA boxes. The other thing I appreciate about MIVVA boxes is that the contents always look like the box is worth a lot more than their monthly subscription fee of RM38. Take a cue from MIVVA – make the box smaller and do away with shredded paper and other fluff.

2. 5ml Murad Hybrids Skin Perfecting Primer Dewy Finish
3. 100ml Beautymate Purifying and Brightening Nano Lotion
4. 50ml Uriage Hyseac Cleansing Oil
5. 15ml Secretleaf Pure Oil Series 01
6. a very small face towel folded in the shape of my favourite animal

Another cue for other beauty box providers from MIVVA – they can offer at least one full size product in their box. Last month, it was the Beautymate Nano Toner & Paul Penders lipstick, this month it’s also 2 full size products. In the box are the 100ml Beautymate  Purifying and Brightening Nano Lotion worth RM49.90 AND 15ml Secretleaf Pure Oil Series 01 worth RM75. Never mind the rest of the samples, just one of these products is worth more than what one would have paid for the box. We all want more than our money’s worth and in that respect, MIVVA certainly delivers.

Now what shall I review first? Maybe the Secretleaf Pure Oil Series 01 as it’s 100% pure and organic argan oil from Morocco or maybe the Eye Mask. All the products in this box are new to me and I am itching to review 3 products. Personally, the hallmark of a really good beauty box is one with products which I want to review.
