Mah Sing Celebrates The Opening Of M Azura Sales Gallery In Setapak

Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) continues to uphold its highly successful business strategy of quick turnaround with the M Azura sales gallery opening within just eight months of acquiring the land. M Azura is the fourth project in Setapak, following Starparc Point, M Adora and M Astra which have been fully sold.

Situated on a prime 4-acre site with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM508 million, M Azura is designed as an affordable residential development. The project will feature 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units, with built-up area ranging from 700 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft, and prices starting from RM378,930.

The grand opening at M Azura’s sales gallery was officiated by Mah Sing’s Founder and Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum, Cand Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Dato’ Voon Tin Yow. Also present during the event were Executive Director, Dato’ Steven Ng, Executive Director, Datuk Seri Leong Yuet Mei, Group Strategy and Operations Director, Jane Leong, Group Strategy and Operations Director, Rachel Leong, Chief Executive Officer of Property Subsidiaries, Yeoh Chee Beng and the senior management team.
