After a very satisfying lunch on Day 3 of our ikhlas.com tour to Turkiye, we continued valley hopping. It was on to Göreme Valley, another spectacular landscape thanks to the rock formations, better known as fairy chimneys. These rock formations were hollowed out in the Middle Ages and served as churches, homes and underground cities. The view is indeed breathtaking, and this is a place where you can’t stop taking photos.

Göreme Valley was our penultimate stop on Day 3. I bet if there was a cafe there overlooking the valley, it would be very popular as I would have loved to linger there longer to soak in the stunning vista. Our stop there was rather fleeting as we had a tight schedule. Nevertheless, I am grateful for the few minutes we had there.
