Shenyang Yuanda Intelligent Industrial Group’s flagship brand, Brilliant Elevator Co., Ltd. (BLT), held a grand Malaysia Brand Launch Event at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Shah Alam, Selangor. In collaboration with its local partner, Dong Yang Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd, the event marks a strategic milestone in the group’s ASEAN expansion efforts.
Over 200 professionals and representatives from government, construction, development, engineering, and maintenance sectors attended the launch, bearing witness to a significant moment in BLT’s journey towards smart manufacturing and global expansion.

Strategic ASEAN Positioning: Malaysia as a Regional Hub
In his speech, Mr. Liu Ruisheng, General Manager of International Sales at Brilliant Elevator, said: “Malaysia, where we have cultivated our presence for 18 years, is entering a key phase in our strategic upgrade. We plan to establish a regional logistics center here, leveraging its geographic and industrial strengths to serve the Southeast Asian market and accelerate our global brand development.”
In recent years, BLT’s export performance has grown steadily, with exports surpassing RMB 580 million in 2024, reaching more than 140 countries and regions worldwide—ranking among the top Chinese elevator exporters for consecutive years.
Additionally, the successful operation of Yuanda Group’s joint venture factory in Saudi Arabia has become a benchmark for high-end smart manufacturing. In 2025, the group will launch its assembly plant in the Americas, aiming to build a global platform for smart, digital, and green vertical transportation solutions, with Saudi Arabia and Malaysia as dual engines of this strategy.

Dong Yang CEO Yeow Ewe Hor : Building Smart, Sustainable Cities Together
Mr. Yeow Ewe Hor, CEO of Dong Yang Elevator, emphasized the collaborative potential and future of Malaysia’s building and construction ecosystem: “We gather here today as the driving force behind Malaysia’s urban progress—the visionaries who turn blueprints into communities and dreams into national landmarks.”
He pointed out that Malaysia’s vertical transportation industry is at a turning point toward safer, greener, and smarter systems, urging the industry to respond to three core challenges:
1. Safety – Integrating international standards while complying with local JKKP regulations
2. Sustainability – Making green materials and renewable energy the default, not the exception
3. Innovation – Leveraging IoT and predictive maintenance to enhance urban mobility in smart cities
“Since 2008, Dong Yang has worked hand in hand with BLT, selling over 400 elevators and maintaining more than 1,300 units locally. We’ve actively implemented global standards, green technologies, and intelligent maintenance systems. Moving forward, we’ll continue collaborating closely with JKR, JKKP, and other government bodies to shape the future of intelligent vertical mobility in Malaysia.”
He also paid tribute to the developers, architects, and consultants in attendance, praising their innovation and commitment:
“Every time someone steps into an elevator, they’re experiencing the collective wisdom of our entire value chain. Let’s move forward together, building a smarter, safer, more sustainable, and inclusive future for Malaysia’s vertical development.”

Strategic Upgrade: Regional Logistics and Smart Services Center in Malaysia
At the event, Yuanda Group officially announced plans to establish a Southeast Asian regional logistics and smart service center in Malaysia. This center will integrate warehouse logistics, parts distribution, intelligent maintenance, remote monitoring, and customer service, enhancing response times and regional coordination.
The group also plans to launch local assembly operations and talent development programs, moving from an “equipment supplier” model toward becoming a smart building solutions provider. This dual-driver approach—local service + international quality—will lead the group’s next phase of sustainable development.
Accelerating Global Brand Momentum Under the Belt and Road Initiative
The 2025 BLT Global Brand Tour has already launched in Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico. The Malaysia stop represents a key moment in this international journey, deepening regional partnerships and reinforcing the voice of “Made in China, Powered by Intelligence.”
“Globalization is not only about product exports. It’s about exporting systems of brand, technology, and management. Malaysia will be our bridgehead into ASEAN, and our collaboration with Dong Yang will take us from deeply rooted to regionally leading.”
With rapid global infrastructure development and the rise of smart, green cities, BLT remains committed to delivering efficient, reliable, and aesthetically advanced vertical mobility solutions for clients around the world.
