While the MAC Holiday Collection this year, Shiny Pretty Things was more than slightly underwhelming for what should be the most sensational collection of the year, MAC Patrick Starrr Slay Ride Collection which was available just yesterday, is more fitting for a holiday collection as the packaging is a striking red and so festive. I haven’t seen such a HUGE MIneralize Skinfisnish at 20g since the Wonder Woman collection so many years ago. It would take me years to finish a compact that size, value-for-money.

My pick in this collection is the beautifully packaged Set Powder – a specially packaged colourless powder that can be used on either the face or body to set makeup. It’s very fine, silky-soft powder with a matte finish which sets and finishes makeup.
