Zurich Malaysia Reimagines Care For What Matters Through Life’s Constant Changes

Launch Officiation – Junior Cho, Country CEO of Zurich Malaysia

Zurich Malaysia today unveiled the next chapter of its “Care For What Matters” brand campaign, introducing a new creative expression, “Ready For Every Change”, reinforcing its commitment to supporting Malaysians as their lives, needs, and priorities evolve over time.

irst launched in 2023, Care For What Matters was built on the belief that true care goes beyond protection. It is about being present for the people, moments and the milestones that matter most. Three years later, the campaign evolves to reflect how priorities shift through different stages of life, from taking on new responsibilities and celebrating milestones to navigating unexpected setbacks and moments of uncertainty.

At the heart of the campaign is a new brand film that follows the lifelong journey of a husband and wife. Told in reverse chronological order, from their later years back to their unexpected first encounter, the film celebrates the people who remain by our side through life’s changes. The story mirrors Zurich Malaysia’s commitment to being a trusted partner that grows alongside customers as their needs evolve.

Junior Cho, Country CEO of Zurich Malaysia, said, “Over the past three years, we have continued to evolve alongside the people and communities we serve. As their needs change, so must the way we support them, through stronger protection, better experiences and solutions that address the different stages of life. What remains constant is our commitment to care for what matters most. That is what we mean when we say, ‘Ready For Every Change’”.

Launch of Zurich Malaysia CFWM Brand Campaign

The campaign was unveiled at GSC Mid Valley together with a showcase of Zurich Malaysia’s growth journey, highlighting how the organization continues to expand the ways it supports Malaysians across health, travel, mobility, homeownership, family, business, and financial wellbeing. This commitment is reflected in the ongoing enhancement of Zurich Malaysia’s customer propositions, capabilities, and partnerships, as well as initiatives that extend beyond insurance and takaful to create positive community impact. Among these is the Urban Climate Resilience Program (UCRP), powered by the Z Zurich Foundation, which supports efforts to strengthen climate resilience within urban communities.

Global Travel Expertise, Closer to Home

Following Zurich Insurance Group’s acquisition of AIG’s global personal travel insurance and assistance business, including Travel Guard, Zurich Malaysia is enhancing its travel offering by combining Zurich’s financial strength, underwriting expertise, risk management capabilities, partner ecosystem, and digital platforms with Travel Guard’s established travel assistance.

Media Q&A Session

In Malaysia, these capabilities are integrated into Zurich’s existing travel protection proposition rather than operating as a separate entity. With Travel Guard Pro, the new travel insurance plan launched on 18 August 2026, customers can enjoy enhanced travel protection that combines comprehensive coverage with fast, transparent claims handling and seamless support throughout their journey. They also benefit from 24-hour travel assistance backed by a global service network, with support available in more than 40 languages.

Prevention at the Core of Critical Illness Care

Zurich Malaysia is also strengthening its approach to critical illness protection through a new campaign running from 2 September to 30 October 2026.

The campaign combines financial protection with preventive health support, providing eligible new customers with:

  • A health screening cash rebate
  • Two years of Teladoc services, including:
    • Expert medical opinion
    • Stress management support

By combining protection with preventive care and access to professional health services, Zurich Malaysia aims to support customers not only when illness occurs but also in taking proactive steps towards better long-term wellbeing.

Together, these developments reflect Zurich Malaysia’s continued commitment to staying relevant to customer’s evolving needs, strengthening both the protection it provides and the support surrounding it.
