Many of us are wary of applying liners even though they seriously enhance and widen our eyes because we are concerned that they may smudge. I’ve always had a problem with liners because a lot of liners smudge on my lower eye area and it’s so unsightly that most of the time, I don’t wear any liner. Pencil liners usually smudge on me. Anyway, when I saw that MAC Liquidlast Liner are waterproof and smudge-proof, I had to give it a try. They come in 7 very beautiful and striking shades ranging from silver, gold, green, blue, maroon, brown and black.
I realised how smudge-proof the Liquidlast Liners are when I tried removing the swatches n my arm with cleansing water. At first it refused to budge. It took some strength and effort on my part to remove the swatches. If you want liners that last all day or night, this is the liner to choose.
I asked for All Night (green) to be applied on my lids. It is a very dark green, can almost pass off as black but not as severe looking as black. It isn’t easy for an amateur at eye liner to apply this as the brush is quite soft so it’s more difficult to control, takes a lot of practise to get it right.
