Hehe not really an expert, when you do it frequently then you will know the skills. I also searched for some useful massage techniques from Internet that help in lymphatic detoxification. I guess it helps a lot!

somehow i am still afraid to try face oils as fear of making my face more oily…haha!
Some facial oil is good even for oil skin and it won’t make the skin oilier =) . Don’t use too much =)
