If I could be anyone from the past, I think I’d choose to be a ninja because I have always been fascinated by them, having read a series of books on them. What I wouldn’t give to be an agent of espionage and sabotage and to infiltrate prohibited areas in stealth! Oh! To be able to possess ninjutsu techniques so that people wouldn’t know that I was coming or going. Well, Mie Prefecture in the center of Honshu, Japan is the birthplace of ninjutsu, a traditional form of martial arts.

AEON launched the inaugural Mie Prefecture Food & Tourism Fair at AEON Bandar Utama yesterday, the fair is also simultaneously at AEON Mid Valley from now till 14th September 2014. Mie is one of the oldest prefectures in Japan, famous for supplying Japanese emperors with fine foods in olden times. It is part of the Kansai region and now known as a place blessed with the bounties of its mountain and sea.
